Since the humanity has entered for the 21st century, the career management already becomes an extremely important content and brand-new development direction in the current human resources management domain. The career management is that the enterprise helps the staff to formulate the career and plan to help its career development through a series of activities. This article has analyzed the career management regarding the staff and organization’s different significance, regarding the career management basic theory like occupation choice theory, the career development theory and the career anchor theory and it has carried on a detailed elaboration. This article also has analyzed the feasibility and the necessity of the career management when the economic structure unceasing reform and the electric power profession carries out about social system. The LY Corporation’s environment is changing and its strategy is developing, how to succeeds in implementation career management. The electric power enterprise designed career management by concrete step, how to complete clearly the career management about its foundation upholstery work, proposed the electric power enterprise representative career channel type, and what does manager do to help the electric power enterprise staffs to complete individual professional profession plan. It was clear that the enterprise administrative personnel have to unify the enterprise developmental strategy and individual professional profession plan and completes the overall personnel career management communication, the exchange and the profession plan revision, the routine adjustment work. It has researched the staff career plan implementation and correlative work, and also discussed some question about the enterprise implement career management which should pay attention.
