With rapid development of world economy and advancement of modern technology,as a new service department, logistic industry is developing in worldwide. Third PartyLogistics (TPL) shows the fast development state. TPL is developing to the direction ofhigh level of equipments, vast use of internet information and environmental logistics.After China joined the WTO in 2002, Chinese government carries out its commitments ontrade and service section, Chinese logistics market will open widely. With the globalizationof world economy and the increasing development of technology, Chinese enterprises turnto be absorbed in their nucleus operation, and give their logistics parts to professionallogistics companies to manage. At the same time, China acts as the world’s manufacturingcenter in future with great consumptive marketing potential, which attracts more and moreinternational companies coming to China. On the other hand, there are also increasingnumbers of logistics companies with foreign capital entering China, which strengthensgreatly the competitions between domestic logistics corporations. Therefore, National 3rdparty logistics companies face the opportunity and challenge simultaneously.Nanjing Wangjiawan Logistics Center Co., Ltd was set in 2001. After several years’development, it has covered lead ship in Jiangsu logistics. However, facing the continuouschange of logistics environment and the increasing competitive market, there are lots ofcomplications obstructing its development in the company. How to advance the nucleusoperation by creating and keeping its advantage, which is the most important problem thatNanjing Wangjiawan Logistics Center needs to solve.The author analyzes the internal and external circumstances of Nanjing WangjiawanLogistics Center with the knowledge of Enterprise Strategy Management, sorts out thecurrent obstacles and root reasons in its developing management, as well as proposesstrategic schemes and optimized measures. All these efforts are wished to be a pragmaticsolution for the development of Nanjing Wangjiawan Logistics Center.
