The purpose of the study subjects demonstrated through experiments in the country since 2009, the implementation of the implementation of the third set of "National Aerobic Gymnastics Training Standards"is really the primary routine to adapt to the current development, how the value of exercise is it really for college students, particularly female college students to promote health, prevent disease, improve the daily life, work and play a role in learning efficiency, yet no research in this area. In this study, the third set of experiments method"National Aerobic Gymnastics Training Standards" on the general female junior college students Routine heart and lung endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition impact on the third set of "National Body Building Gym standard "primary effect of routine assessment of fitness and explore the mechanism of its fitness for the third set of" National Aerobics Exercise Standard "promotion and popularization of the primary routine to provide a theoretical basis. This article use of literature, experimental, and mathematical statistics, inductive logic, expert interviews, video analysis method of the third set of "National Aerobic Gymnastics Training Standards" for ordinary routine primary health fitness female college students, from heart and lung Endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition and other aspects of impact analysis, and the results were in-depth analysis and research.Results:(1) after 16 weeks of the "new standard " three routine exercise, the subjects of vital capacity changes are very significant, step test was significant change in heart and lung function improved; (2) subjects Sit and Reach significant changes, the increased flexibility has a role; (3) the subjects grip strength did not changed significantly, and sit-ups a significant change; (4) the subjects height, thin Weight did not change; body weight, fat mass, body fat percentage has declined. That "new standard"training for weight loss, body composition changes in a certain role.Suggestions:(1)simple "new standard"training on the development of upper body strength of female college students is not obvious, it should be by other means and methods to improve upper body strength training. Commonly used methods such as bench press, sit-ups, push-ups, skipping, etc., can also help chest, dumbbells and medicine ball to practice.(2) the"new standard"is not specifically related to action in terms of flexibility, in practice the quality of the process required to improve the flexibility in other ways.
