Research on the Negative Effect of FDI in China

After the reform and opening up , China began the large scale introduction of foreign direct investment ( FDI ) has become an essential element to promote China's economic development . The introduction of foreign direct investment to China has not only brought a lot of good funds , but also to China has brought more advanced technology, management experience and talent . It should be said that foreign direct investment contributed to the rapid development of China's economy . However , when they saw FDI play a role in promoting China's economic development , but also recognize that it brings some negative effects , such as the transfer of polluting industries , the loss of state assets , market and product monopoly , which, if not reasonable restrictions , planning and guidance, may lead to very serious consequences . Therefore, we should not deny the positive side at the same time , take some measures to try to avoid its negative side . In this paper, some negative effects arising in the use of FDI in China combined with theoretical study , from the perspective of the scientific concept of development , analysis of the negative impact of FDI to the sustainable development of China's economy and its causes . Stressed that in the future attract investment process to change only pay attention to the number , while ignoring the issue of the quality that should revisit our investment policies and strategies, and targeted proposed in this paper . The thesis is divided into five parts , the first part is an introduction to introduce the cause of the problem , meaning domestic and overseas research and the research methods ; second part of the study of FDI in China's basic situation , certainly foreign direct investment on China's economic development the contribution ; the third part is the focus of this article , the negative impact of FDI to China's in-depth analysis , the adverse effects of research from multiple perspectives ; fourth part of the negative impact noted above , combined with the status quo of China put forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions ; some concluding remarks .
