Currently real estate of our country has become a separate industry, also has become one of the main powers for boosting GDP, under the situation of the developing of economy, its influence on the entire national economy is growing. Under the international financial crisis, China’s real estate market is booming in 2007 reversed to the beginning of the 2008 fall winter. In today’s context of global economic crisis, it’s more important that ensure the China’s real estate stability which is one of the pillar industries.By the financial crisis, the national house price accelerates to slide. A strong wait-and-see attitude filled with the entire real estate market. The national property market was facing low, but the housing price of Mianyang is still stable, did not fall. This not only denote that the real estate market started late in Mianyang in the level of medium-sized cities nationwide, but also there is no bubble and no phenomenon of over-heated in the real estate market in Mianyang. It’s healthy development.This paper under the background of financial crisis, combined with the relevant statistical data of the development on Mianyang’s real estate market. This paper aimed to conduct a detailed analysis and discussion of the real estate market on the status of Mianyang, and pointing out the problems in development of the real estate market in Mianyang. This paper also put forward recommendations for the crisis to maintain the healthy development of real estate Mianyang.The main issues this paper concerned about are: How to ensure and realize the country’s construction and benefit of investment, and solve the housing problem for residents, and safeguard social stability? How to establish and improve the real estate market of Mianyang so as to make it active and healthy growth, in order to promote development of economic in Mianyang? And so on.This paper reflects the results of research in Mianyang, the real situation of the real estate market, and this article concerning the measures and proposals for local government, investors and relevant policy-related enterprises play a role in the drawing. The results of research on this paper reflect the real situation of the real estate market in Mianyang. And the measures and proposals concerned will play a role in the decision-making of local government, investors and relevant enterprises.
