Study on the Associations between Polymorphisms of Chicken Heart Type Fatty Acid-Binding Protein/Extracellular Fatty Acid Binding Protein Gene and Slaughter and Meat Quality Traits

In this experiment, the Sichuan Provincial Animal Husbandry Institute and Daheng Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. jointly cultivate high-quality broiler (240) for the study, H-FABP Gene and EX-FABP gene PCR-SSCP genetic diversity , combined with the determination of the means of production, correlation analysis of different genotypes and carcass traits and meat quality traits. The results showed that: 2,4,5,7 and 11 pairs of primers chicken H-FABP gene PCR-SSCP polymorphism sites and these sites are found mainly in the region of the intron. More than two polymorphic loci analyzed by PCR-SSCP and sequencing results showed that: the first intron presence of more than two polymorphic loci that 332 G → A, 534 G → A; second exon that is 783 C → T, 835C → T; variable sites in the second intron: 1198T → C, 2329C → T. By least squares analysis and significance test found that two pairs of primers generated different genotype differences between the various species or strains significantly (P <0.05), No. 4, 5 and 7 pairs of primers generated The different genotype differences between the various species or strains highly significant (P <0.01). Through different genotype and slaughter and meat quality traits associated analysis showed that: five pairs of primers generated among different genotypes of live weight, carcass weight, breast muscle weight and abdominal fat weight and abdominal fat percentage difference was significant (P <0.05) ; 4 pairs of primers different genotypes between muscle fiber density (MFN), arginine (Arg) and threonine (Thr) content significantly different (P <0.05); seven pairs of primers generated among different genotypes content of inosine monophosphate (IMP), phenylalanine (Phe) and threonine (Thr) content significantly different (P <0.05). By PCR-SSCP analysis combined with chicken EX-FABP gene sequencing results showed that: in memory of the amplified region of the gene mutation 645C → T, 3254C → T, 3266T → C, 4272A → G and 4282A → G, etc. 5 . The results of this experiment can speculate: H-FABP gene may have a large impact for the chicken slaughter and meat quality traits or chain with the major gene control slaughter performance and meat quality traits, the detected M1M1-B282-D1D1 genotype various traits index value than excellent is a valuable combination of genotypes, the EZ-FASP gene may for the flavor of chicken meat quality traits have a certain impact, they can still carry out more in-depth study.
