This experiment was conducted by Isolation and identification of Ya'an sheep Mycoplasma pneumoniae and in vitro drug testing and other aspects of research approaches and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of disease for livestock production and veterinary clinic. From the the Ya'an surrounding area suspected disease disease goat acquisition sample isolates, manager, characteristics and serological identification, confirmed isolates with sheep Mycoplasma pneumoniae standard strain Y98 for the same pathogens, 37 ° C, pH 7.8 medium than the Good growth, and the best growing medium with 20% horse serum; substantially no growth was 5% and 10% horse serum medium or poor growth. The tests showed that ciprofloxacin, azithromycin and tiamulin four drugs are effective drugs for the treatment of sheep infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae tilmicosin.
