In recent years, computing environment humanity faced is becoming more open, uncertain, dynamic, larger, temporal overlap with spatial and in-cognizable on the distribution and arrangement, emergence of collective intelligence, and human became a component of computing systems, computing became social and openness. The complex on handle the complex computing systems beyond the capacity of mainstream computing technology, and these complex systems become more and more open and complex, and network-centric. Relying solely on one methodology or technology to solve the performance problems is seams powerless. An effective way would be to integrate several computing models and technical frameworks, let their advantages complementary to deal with the complexity of multi-level system, such as to integrate the service-oriented architecture and multi-agent technology.Proposed an approach to integrate multi-agent technology and service-oriented technology, multi-agent technology has the advantage in handle with the complex of system, the dynamics scalability and flexibility issues, and the technology related to service-oriented architecture (mainly in used of the Web Service’s specifications, standards) is good at dealing with the problems about language differences, differences between platforms, protocol differences, differences between the data format and network-centric system integration, etc.; design an integrated framework for system implementation and the architecture, given an described in detail on key components of which we designed and means on implementation; in-depth study on the collaboration problems under the framework,and a more in-depth study about collaboration mechanism, proposed a service-based task description and decomposition strategy, and with cooperation between multi-agent to execute the decomposed tasks we do more research, and designed corresponding algorithms of task decomposition and scheduling.
