Organizational citizenship behavior is emphasized a role behavior and attitude conducive to the organization , both informal role , nor labor compensation contract leads , but by a series of informal cooperative behavior . Autonomous behavior of employees with work-related organization , with the formal reward system without any contact , non - required role behavior , but can improve overall organizational effectiveness , the concept emerged in the 1980s . Organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance in recent years , as the enterprise management mode changes gradually by the experts concern . Difficult for IT staff role to be fully described and defined its duties divided impossible to define very clearly , IT staff can better representative of the knowledge worker as the research object , so this study selected IT staff , mainly through questionnaires and interviews explore the human resource management system as a business to pay employees can influence organizational citizenship behavior , learn the value chain model of the human resources management , the introduction of organizational commitment mediating variables , and take a combination of theoretical and empirical approach to analyze the impact of organizational citizenship behavior factors . This paper examines the demographic factors on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment, whether there are significant differences , and focus on the relationship between human resource management systems and organizational citizenship behavior , and research organization 's commitment to play a significant mediating effect . The results proved that organizational commitment , emotional commitment to play a significant intermediary role in the human resources management systems on organizational citizenship behavior . To explain the relationship between the human resource management systems and organizational citizenship behavior , validate and enrich the value chain model of human resource management .
