How to create and maintain high-performance , real major issue facing the modern enterprise management . How to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of human organizations , continue to improve their level of performance , is the key to the success of the organization to . Performance management as an effective means to achieve enterprise efficiency and corporate human resources management core , almost all enterprises attach great importance to their managers . However , performance management work exactly how to carry out , not very clear to all enterprises , domestic enterprises , especially state-owned enterprises , it is a new and significant issue . The ZX Company company is a diversified business is mainly responsible for the highway project planning , design , consulting , supervision , and the whole process of providing comprehensive services for highway construction projects . Starting from the theory of performance management , combined with the concrete practice of the ZX corporate performance management , based on assessment of the the original ZX Company performance appraisal and problem analysis , to design a new performance management system , and on this basis explore the performance management system business management . This paper is divided into four parts . The first part describes the performance management system design theory , the second part in - depth analysis of the problems of the ZX corporate performance management , the third section presents the design ideas of the ZX corporate performance management system , in the case of follow the above ideas ZX Company performance management system design . Finally, the effect of the performance management system and its operation of the new design ZX summary evaluation . The performance management system design in close connection with the the ZX Company 's strategy , performance appraisal indicators design , introduced the idea of the balanced scorecard based KPI system based on corporate strategy , formed a more reasonable , in line with the actual performance of the company management systems. This article is subject to further refinement : the further adjustment of the target enterprise performance appraisal index system , perfect good understanding and recognition of the target enterprise sector performance appraisal method .
