In this paper, the winter season alternating periods of different batches collected from Mirror Lake calyciflorus rotifer ( Brachionus calyciflorus ) population allozyme electrophoresis analysis , at the same time at different temperatures for each batch calyciflorus rotifers a comparative study of the reproductive parameters and life history characteristics the main results are as follows: 1 . population accumulative culture was studied by the season alternating periods ( 2006.3.1-2006.3.31 ) different batches collected from Mirror Lake calyx flower Brachionus under five (7 ℃, 13 ℃, 19 ℃, 25 ℃ and 31 ℃ ) temperature differences in reproductive parameters . The results showed that all batches collected rotifers can not survive at 31 ℃ ; between 7 ° C and 25 ° C , the temperature and batch as well as the interaction between the rotifer population growth rate , mixed female percentage of body , mixed females fertilization rate and resting egg production has a significant impact ; reproductive parameters of each batch of rotifers different response to elevated temperature ; except for the fifth batch , batch rotifer populations growth rate and percentage of mixed females with a curve with temperature , the rotifers acquisition by the end of March the lowest population growth rate , the highest percentage of mixed females , mixed females fertilization rate and resting egg production . Vertical plate application polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and specific staining method were collected on the winter and spring seasons at different times during the calyciflorus rotifer clone group allozyme analysis , and at different temperatures. the life history characteristics of a comparative study . Such as allozyme analysis results showed that , PGM electrophoretic bands did not show any differences among clones , GPI and MDH there are significant differences in each batch of rotifers clones , the frequency of occurrence of each clone in six batches different. The impact of temperature on calyciflorus rotifer survival and reproduction rate differences exist between different batches ; batch of rotifers life table parameters of the elevated temperature of the reaction is also different ; temperature and batch as well as interaction between the life expectancy at hatching , the average life expectancy , generation time , net reproductive rate , intrinsic rate of increase and future generations mingling rate has a significant effect ; addition to the fifth batch of rotifer population intrinsic rate of increase each batch collected rotifers life history parameters between incubation temperature showed the curve .
