The evolution of the concept of university personnel training , the trend of the development of higher education and the knowledge economy era , continuously improve the learning ability of university teachers practical requirements . Organizational culture is an important factor to affect the conduct of members of the organization , to enhance college organizational culture is an important way to improve the learning ability of individual teachers . Finally, in order to enhance individual learning ability of college teachers as the purpose , content contained in the Higher Education Culture : material culture, system culture and spiritual culture , respectively, proposed the countermeasures to enhance teachers' self - learning ability : one is to create a learning atmosphere the second is to establish mechanisms to promote learning , is to establish the concept of lifelong learning .
