Forks auto gearbox parts , fork parts and parts lookalike , easily assembled fork assembly error . Assembled wrong fork group not normally use , and can easily lead to a variety of incidents , it must be carried out in the the fork group assembled after detection , to exclude the fork assembly error . Abroad , some car manufacturers to adopt advanced automatic detection system to detect the assembly after the fork . This detection method province time and effort , reduce cost and error rate . Automatic detection system technology is more complex due to lower labor costs in China , China has not been a similar detection system used in the production . Now the detection method is manual inspection , manual inspection forks fork assembly after careful observation of the fork did not install the wrong part . This inspection is time-consuming , and many subtle errors can not be found . Through careful study on the fork assembly , and developed a fork mounting detection system , the system uses the detection fork characteristic information , then the information for comparison of the detected characteristic information with the fork having the correct characteristics , analysis the fork assembly to determine right from wrong. This paper studies the content of the following : ( 1) analysis to study various parts assembly characteristics of information , the use of the principle of permutations and combinations to analyze the parts all possibility of error , and to determine the need to detect characteristics . (2) According to the needs of the detected feature information , development of new Applicable sensor . ( 3 ) According to the process of assembling and testing requirements , the development fork assembly machine monitoring and control system hardware and software . Detection and control host using PLC, man-machine interface information display . The system combines the knowledge of all aspects of the machinery, electronics, sensors , control is a new type of mechatronic systems . Developed the system , after half a year of field use , there is no failure to meet the needs of the production line detection , and the detection of a time not more than 8 seconds . Currently , this technology is also seen in the country reported this technology to fill the gaps , reached the international advanced level .
