With the vigorous development of China foundry industry, casting industry internalfierce competition, quality of castings with customers by the manufacturer attach greatimportance and universal attention. Product quality is not only affecting terminalconsumer rights, more affecting the market competition of enterprises, product quality isthe cornerstone of enterprise based on the market. Product quality will depend not just onthe production process, also by other the influence of various factors. This article throughin-depth analysis on the process and quality of casting products, to total qualitymanagement theory of A.V.Feigenbaum, Deming PDCA cycle theory of W.E.Deming asthe basis, combining with limited company of Tianjin total quality management practice,we conclude the comprehensive quality of the foundry industry, with the essentials ofmanagement for foundry enterprises to improve product quality level provides canreference case.The product quality is enterprise’s core elements, also is enterprise to realize theeconomic benefit, competitiveness and customer satisfaction of important factor. Basedon a case with the company in Tianjin and research object, the company did not list indetail before implementation of total quality management, the main problems of in-depthanalysis of the inadequacy of the product quality management theory and practice,adopted roots, combined with the concrete analysis method, the company mainly processpertaining to product quality, product development, manufacturing, sales and serviceprocess and the main factors affecting the product: man, equipment, materials, operationmethods and environment systematically summarized, the existing problems of usingvarious break of enterprise, advances some methods to solve problems and raise the levelof product quality in an effective way.According to the above theory and case analysis results, this research suggests thatthe enterprise to survive in market competition, strives for the development, must carry onquality of process control, comprehensive quality management, achieves the fullparticipation, continuous improvement. Through the improvement of quality managementof technology and innovation, the enterprise will into healthy development of the fast lane.
