As an important part of the global carbon cycle, marine organic carbon is closely related to all aspects of the flow of matter and energy in the marine ecosystem. Across latitudes in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea, and land-based sources of input, ocean circulation and ecosystem structure, in-depth analysis of the distribution of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea, the dissolved organic carbon (Dissolved Organic Carbon) and particulate organic carbon (Particulate Organic Carbon), migration and conversion characteristics and its control mechanisms, the significance of in-depth understanding of offshore marine organic carbon cycle research. Information through the of two the Omo investigation of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai two seasons of spring and autumn of 2010 to discuss the Yellow and Bohai Sea dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and particulate organic carbon (POC) content distribution and its impact The factors focus of the study has the typical characteristics of hydrological and ecological environment affected zone of the Yellow Sea cold water mass distribution of organic carbon characteristics and control mechanisms. The papers obtained by the following main conclusions: (1) In the spring of 2010, the fall of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea waters of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and particulate organic carbon (POC) as a whole showed a high, near-shore and far out at sea, northern, southern plane distribution characteristics vertical distribution of low, middle and upper storey high underlying characteristics as well as the spring, autumn season variation. (2) Spring, Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea, the DOC content range were 2.01 ~ 4.71mg / L and 0.96 ~ 4.25mg / L, the average values ??of 2.64 ± 0.50mg / L and 2.12 ± 0.58mg / L, DOC high value areas mainly concentrated in the western nearshore terrigenous input and longshore currents influence significantly Bohai, the Shandong Peninsula inshore and the Yangtze Delta northeast, the low value area of ??the Yellow Sea is mainly controlled by the low DOC currents dilute the East China Sea. Fall, the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea DOC content range was 1.51 to 3.00mg / L and 0.96 ~ 2.51mg / L, average were 2.19 ± 0.28mg / L and 1.58 ± 0.29mg / L, and the fall the DOC of high value mainly in Laizhou Bay in central Shandong Peninsula inshore, mainly by the growth of phytoplankton and terrigenous input, low value area appear in the Yellow Sea sea, at the same time, the Yangtze Delta northeast DOC low value area. (3) In the spring, the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea POC content in the range of 251.47 ~ 1268.00μg / L and 78.11 ~ 9189.00μg / L, and average were 530.40 ± 186.62μg / L and 413.59 ± 794.23μg / L, and POC high value area located in the Yellow River Estuary and the northern Jiangsu coast, low-value area is concentrated in the South Yellow Sea Sea; fall, the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea POC content ranges of 35.00 ~ 1229.33μg / L and 49.08 ~ 2741.93μg / L, average 347.96 ± 238.31 μg / L and 302.26 ± 349.85μg / L fall Bohai the POC of high value mainly in the Bohai Bay Bay Estuary and the central Bohai Strait, the Yangtze Delta northeastern underlying appeared POC's second highest values. Horizontal distribution and vertical variation of the POC terrigenous input, on-site production of phytoplankton and bottom sediment resuspension, nearshore terrigenous input and sediment resuspension, with higher levels of the POC and the vertical distribution is more uniform, and the distant sea POC low levels and vertical content distribution quite different, is mainly controlled by the on-site production of phytoplankton. (4) fall South Yellow Sea and North Yellow Sea each appear an obvious cold water mass region, mainly located in water depth of 30m area, basic rendering low-temperature, high-salt, high nutrient hydrological chemical characteristics; same time, by the water layer of and temperature affect chlorophyll a and organic carbon content were lower. Among them, the average value of the South Yellow Sea cold water mass District DOC and POC were 1.41 ± 0.21 mg / L and 148.42 ± 66.17μg / L, the average value of the North Yellow Sea cold water mass DOC and POC were 1.65 ± 0.23mg / L and 183.37 ± 132.70μg / L. Basic vertical changes of cold water mass affect the area, DOC and POC are presented in addition to the underlying foreign high organic carbon content of the upper water column by the table in the end a trend to decrease, mainly related to the on-site production of phytoplankton.
