The Western dramatic works has started since the end of the Qing Translation into Chinese. Our drama is born under the influence of Western drama. Shakespeare was a great playwright of the English Renaissance, his work has had a tremendous impact on Chinese literature. Gone through the test of time, Shakespeare's works are still great drama and literature. Throughout the history of the Chinese translation, Liang own translation of the complete works of Shakespeare scholars, but research confined to his prose writing and literary criticism. His translator identity is not taken seriously enough. Liang Shih-chiu studied with Babbitt, his literary ideas fully inherited white new humanist thought, This is not only reflected in his literary ideas and the field of literary criticism, and it is reflected in his concept of translation. In translation, he also adhering to the idea of ??a new humanism, from the translation selection to translation strategies, as well as on the specific purpose of the translation of the idea of ??a new humanism. Translation industry from the literature and art concept to start a serious shortage of him as a translator. In order to compensate for this deficiency, this paper intends to start from the literature and literary concept as an entry point to the core of the concept of \ideas and translate strategy all its literary thought. Liang Shih-chiu grasp of the original as well as loyal to convey, he translated Shakespeare became a classic masterpiece. He translated Shakespeare plays an important feature that is faithful to the original. The literature and translation of Shakespeare in China has achieved great success, because of his translation, Shakespeare readers has doubled. Liang Shih-chiu translate Shakespeare, all reflect his new humanist thought. The translation industry is very inadequate to study his translation activities starting from the literature and literary concept. New humanism for a new theory for the translation literature and translation activities by the impact of a new humanism. How to start from the literature and literary concept also has an important significance to study the activities of his translation. This is not only great importance to literature and translator of identity, but also conducive to the collation of existing translation theory. In addition, drawing on the new humanism research translation activities, not only can enrich the original translation theory, also more conducive to multidisciplinary learning from each other for common development. Therefore, the new humanist perspective to study literature and translation activities can make him more fully as the identity of the translator. In this paper, by five chapters. The first chapter gives an overview of the spread of the translation of Shakespeare's life and his work in China, a review Liang Shih-chiu translation of Shakespeare and the introduction of a new Humanism in the literature and translation is affected by the new humanist thought.
