How to develop students' ability to innovate in the normal school language teaching

At present, the our country is strongly promoting the education for all-round development, but the implement of the education for all-round development takes the creative spirit and the fulfillment abilities of students as the point. The creative ability is a kind of ability that a person has the most special features and value, is the ability that students produce the new viewpoint, detection and create the new information in the creative study. The outstanding creative ability is a person’s acuity of discovers problem , aggressive quest and seize the opportunity. Secondary Normal Schools students’ creative ability mainly includes the self-educated ability, the investigation ability, the thinking ability, the expression ability etc.As a foundation course, Chinese language teaching is also an important battlefield that fosters student’s creative spirits and abilities. However, there are some factors which repress the development of students’ creative ability in the Chinese language teaching: some mistake ideas of Traditional education, the outworn teaching mode, not perfect thinking quality, the influence of exam evaluation view etc. How to train the students’ creative ability is a brand-new topic for our Chinese language teachers.The language classroom teaching innovation take changing the teacher’s teaching idea as the premise, with the teachers and the students participate together for characteristic, take changing the teaching method of the teacher and the study method of the students as the core, take fostering the student’s creative thinking habit as the point, take fostering the student’s frontier spirit and the innovation abilities as the worth mindset.In order to carry out this target, the teachers must work hard in the language teaching to train the students’ self-educated ability , imagine thought ability, investigate ability, express ability and fulfillment ability etc., the development of these abilities raises the students’ creative ability. The teachers still need to raise the creative cultivated manners of themselves, creative teaching style, give the students the function of the model then can push forward the whole reform of the Chinese language teaching, exaltation the level of the education for all-round development.
