The traditional Chinese teaching is one kind of unidirectional transmission. The teacher transmits the knowledge to the student. The student becomes the vessel which has accepted the knowledge passively .Chinese teaching turned the knowledge which had only known to record and recite. Chinese teaching dispelled the esthetic, the experience, the emotionality and imagination. It has become Chinese education development’s shackles. After modern knowledge turned into postmodern knowledge, the people start Chinese teaching to course the communication and the understanding. It pays great attention Chinese teaching the experience, the emotionality, the understanding and conversational. Chinese teaching is regarded as an interactively independent and communicative process. It is between the student, the teacher, the editor and the teaching text multiple dialog activity. Obviously, Chinese teaching communication that is introduced Chinese teaching not only symbolizes Chinese teaching model transformation but also has the very important theory value and the practice significance.This article first has carried on the explanation to Chinese teaching communication and has pointed out its value orientation. We elaborated Chinese teaching communication rationale: Explanation study theory, Habeimasi’s contact behavior theory and construction principle theory. The second part elaborated Chinese teaching communication substantive characteristics, namely interactive independence, multi-dimensional openness, significant production and emotional esthetic. To Chinese teaching communication substantive characteristics explanation’s foundation, proposed Chinese teaching communication implementation strategy - experience strategy, the dialog strategy, the multi-dimensional interactive strategy. Chinese teaching model by the transmission to communication reforming, Chinese curriculum also correspondingly starts to reform, which moves toward the communication curriculum by the transmission curriculum. Chinese communication curriculum’s construction is this article innovation spot. Chinese communication curriculum has foundation which is based on postmodern knowledge view .It thought that Chinese curriculum’s implementation take associates, the dialog and the understanding as the foundation. Chinese teaching should establish one kind sincere, the freedom, the democracy and the opening atmosphere. The teacher and the student launch the dialog and obtain understanding mutually and communication. This article proposed Chinese curriculum value orientation view, the implementation process view and the cultural self-examination view. It expounded Chinese communication curriculum substantive characteristics and the construction strategy.Chinese curriculum turned into the communication curriculum. It not only symbolizes Chinese curriculum value orientation which transformed from“the tool rationality”to“the liberation rationality”transformation but also symbolizes Chinese curriculum appraisal way transformation. Chinese curriculum realizes the scientific principle and the humanism unification. Chinese communication curriculum’s construction will certainly to promote the Chinese curriculum’s development. Chinese education will certainly to move toward the broad sky.
