The new types of textile fibers used for fashion are endlessly developing.And the species are varieties.The thesis is concerned about Tencel,Modal,bamboo bump fiber,milk protein fiber and polylactic acid fiber,which are very popular with people at present.This paper emphasized on the methods of the qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of the components for these fibers’ blend fabrics.Attemptly adopt the chemical reagent"ZnCl2-I2",and put it in to practice.The result suggests that this method be used to qualitively differentiate several new types of fashion-used fibers,which this paper researched on.Based on the GB and with the chemical reagent"CH2O2-ZnCl2",the processes have been optimized according to the characteristics of the regenerated cellulose fibers.And the process conditions was used for the quantitative analysis of the regenerated cellulose fibers/cotton fabrics.The results indicate that the technological parameters researched on have a high accuracy;and do little harm to cotton.The exploratory research on the means of the qualitative and quantitative analysis for the PVA-based and PAN-based milk protein fibers was firstly made.It indicated that(1)"ZnCl2-I2"under the room temperature or 2.5%NaOH under the temperature of 100℃can be use to distinguish the two kinds of milk protein fibers. (2)The resgents NaClO and 80%CH2O2 can be used for the ingredient quantitative analysis of PVA-based milk protein fiber/cellulose fibers blended fabrics,while NaOH for PVA-based milk protein fiber/wool.The optimum process parameters respectively are:NaClO:active chlorine content 4%,temperature 30℃,time 30min, 80%CH2O2,20min;NaOH:content 2.5%,temperature 95℃,time 30min.(3)The reagent ZnCl2 can be used for the fabrics,which are PAN-based milk protein fiber blended with cellulose fibers or wool.The optimum parameters are:NaClO:active chlorine content 4%,temperature 30℃,time 40min, DMF:temperature 30℃,time 5min.According to the features of the polylactic acid fiber,the chemical(?)eagent C2H4O2 and NaOH are choosed to be quantitative solvent apartly for PLA fibers/wool and PLA fibers/cellulose fibers.The optimum process is:C2H4O2:temperature 80℃,bath tatio 1:200,time 10min.NaOH:content 5%,temperature 90℃,time 20min,bath(?)atio 1:100.The method and the optimum process,which are researched on,are applied for the blended fabrics of the milk pr(?)tein fiber and the polylactic acid fiber.It shows that the proposals are feasible and enjoy high accuracities.Through the studies on the methods of the qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of the components for the new fanshion-used fibers’,it provides reference for the textile inspection department’s evaluation and processing technics followed.More that,it also useful for the standardization and healthy development of the textile industry.
