The origin of TV movies trace from the beginning of 60’s of last century of the television and movie production purpose is to satisfy TV programs for TV broadcast, namely the existence of movies. This genre of derivatives by TV program form has already been the decades of history. In China, in 1999, the first TV movie "the cow elder brother’s story: don’t, winter" on the TV screen, a movie in the works of broadcast TV screen is undoubtedly the film and television in China one memorable events, is also a big record of a landmark moment. With film and TV art continuous exploration and progress, television and movie also slowly developing into various ways such as independent art, television and movie art form and artistic characteristics shown gradually, a foothold in the TV screen movie industry pattern formation in nearly a decade. In China, the move on a television platform has been improved and development for more than 10 years now. industry pattern and producer operation mode for Chinese TV movie exploring the long-standing development will play important advance significance.This paper is divided into five parts. The second part of methods study summarized and compared with Chinese TV movie from 2003 to 2008 operating mode changes, a real Chinese TV movie included that helps to explore the production operation mode. The third film and television audience from the Angle of audience to explore the influence of the marketing strategy group The fourth part analyzes TV movie audiences with market economy operation mode of the relationship between the groups. The fifth part on the basis of successive argument from television and movie’s own form, investment and financing way, market development, innovation marketing methods and so on, thus described for market economy to explore an audience new marketing path
