Soybean processing wastewater account for a large proportion of the food processing wastewater has a complex composition of pollutants , and high organic matter and ammonia nitrogen concentration . This topic Anhui soybean plant as the main process of up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) oxidation ditch wastewater treatment works to study mainly on the the UASB and Oxidation Ditch start and run state soybean wastewater COD and ammonia nitrogen removal . Influent ammonia concentration of 25mg / L , anaerobic ammonification effluent ammonia concentration of 50mg / L , ammonia nitrogen rate of increase of 120% . The stable operation of the oxidation ditch the sludge load N_S maintain in the range of 0.03 ~ 0.06kgBOD / (kgMLSS · d) of the influent COD concentration of 350 ~ 450mg / L, the effluent is lower than 100mg / L , the COD removal efficiency greater than 85%. Effluent ammonia concentration of less than 10mg / L, ammonia removal efficiency reached 88 % . Total nitrogen influent concentration of 55mg / L , the denitrification rate can reach 50 % or more .
