Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.)Griseb.,has been used for the treatment of acute brain fever,measles and herpes zoster as a folk medicinal herb.Pharmacological studies indicated that the extract of A. philoxeroides has antivirus,antibacterial and molluscicidal activities. Under the foundation of it’s pharmacological action and clinical curative effect,this thesis had taken correlated research of antiviral substance and finger print about n-butanol extractive of Alternanthera philoxeroides.It used dissolvent method and stratography method to get ten metamers form Alternanthera philoxeroides’s n-butanol extraction.These are chikusetsusaponin-Ⅳa(Ⅰ)、3-0-β-D-glucuronide-30-nor methyl-12,20 (29)-diene oleanolic acid 28-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-ester(Ⅱ)、chikusetsusaponinⅣa methyl ester(Ⅲ)、3-0-β-D-glucuronic acid with methyl ester-30-nor methyl-12,20(29)-diene oleanolic acid 28-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-ester (Ⅳ)、daidzin(Ⅴ)、ononin(Ⅵ)、Mao Rui isoflavones -7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ)、3-0-β-D-glucopyranosy oleanolic acid28-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅸ)、3-0-β-D-glucopyranosy-30-nor methyl-12,20 (29)-diene oleanolic acid 28-0-β-D-glucoside(Ⅹ)。Among these compounds, theⅤ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、ⅨandⅩcompound were abstracted from Alternanthera philoxeroides plants in first time.By means of anti-Human influenza virus H3N2 for bolting index,it had token n-butanol extractive of Alternanthera philoxeroides to get bolting research of antiviral activity.The compounds that had gotten form Alternanthera philoxeroides wereⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅸhave activity.And the compoundsⅥ、Ⅶalso have invariably activity.Adopt ELSD-HPLC and RP-HPLC methods to study and research the finger print of Alternanthera philoxeroides,established analytical method of finger printing about different place of production of Alternanthera philoxeroides.Through the comparison of different place of production’s chromatogram about which were n-butanol extractive of aquatic environment samples,mark out 12 collective peaks.Detect different metropolis of n-butanol extractive of land environment Alternanthera philoxeroides with ELSD-HPLC method,mark out 10 collective peaks.Through the comparison of different place of production’s chromatogram about which were acetic ether extractive of aquatic environment samples,mark out 19 collective peaks.Detect different metropolis of acetic ether extractive of land environment Alternanthera philoxeroides with RP-HPLC method,mark out 18 collective peaks.The consequence of compare analyses show that there was invariably difference in chemical composition and content that betwent aquatic environment samples and land environment samples.
