The issue of rural rear children is focal point and key questions of common interest which academic circle and the whole social altogether attach importance to. In nature, the issue of rural rear children is the existent issue which the rural rear children act as social vulnerable groups. The most directly and the most fundamental reason that lead to cause the issue of rural rear children is the defection of rear children’s family education, and so researching the issue of rural rear children’s family education has important practical significance. At present, what known information shows that the studies to Guizhou rural rear children in southeast china is less and the studies to Guiyang is still less. So the author attributes the angle of research to rear children’s family education in Guiyang, by means of inquiring into the condition of rear children’s family educations in Guiyang ,the author wish that can find the crux of the problem and put forward appropriate countermeasure.The article researched the rear children’s family education in Guiyang from the theory and the practical. The author discuss some essential conceptions and relative theories of rural rear children ,also include family education ,In the same time , analyses and discuss the backgrounds and reasons that come into being problem of rear children. Making use of the means of document, condensed questionnaire, interview, survey, analyze case, and so on, the article reveal present situation and existing problem of rural rear children’s family education in Guiyang from study, life ,mental health with much angle of view and aspect.To these problem, the author attempt to bring forth the resolution from family, school, society and system: the rear children’s family must perform and strengthen their duty of education to promote family education healthy developing, the school should undertake more responsibility of education to accelerate family education together with school education, society should give more loving to positively participate in each rear children’s education work, and direct in order to accumulate them healthy growing up, separately, we must quicken census reform step and adopt vigorous measures to improve rear children’s condition.
