At present, because of the problems in respects such as the traffic, economic development level, communication technology, culture life and administration, etc., the rural teacher’s whole quality while improving in education is not high, the level of professional development is somewhat low. The Eleventh Five-year Plan says: Do implement the scientific development view, and improve the teacher’ levels especially the levels of the rural teacher conscientiously". New curriculums requires the training of the rural teacher lay emphasis on the rural teacher’s training demands, so as to bring about an advance in rural teacher’s specialization. However, lack, the real training for the rural teacher is short of the analysis on the countryside teacher’s demands for training, the result of such training is unsatisfactory.The training based on the teacher’s demand is the guarantee of the training efficiency. Meanwhile, the research of the training demands is a phased job, in different periods, for different tasks and different groups, there are different training demands. So, in the new round training of the rural teacher, in order to further improve the rural teacher’s whole quality and carry out the effective rural teacher training, the research on the rural teacher’s training demands must be done.The author adopts a series of research approaches based on the modern training system theories, the teacher development theories and behavior-improving theories such as documenting, investigating, follow-up interviews, questionnaire and so on. The main parts of the thesis is the investigation and analysis on the rural teacher’s training demands: the analysis on the task demand information needed in the rural teacher’s training in the course of the new curriculums reform and the rural teacher ’s training according to the teaching problems; the analysis on the rationality and the lacking elements of the organizations and individuals demands in the rural teacher’s training through the respectively questionnaire of the schools, the teachers. According to the findings above ,the course strategies and management strategies for the rural teacher’s training are developed, also the author puts forward the suggestions on how to trains to the rural school and teachers.According to the research, we can draw the following conclusions: (1)The task demands for the rural teacher’s training is the general requirement; the demands of organizations and individuals for the rural teacher’s training have guidance quality. (2)Because of the different tasks and demands for organizations and individuals in the rural teacher’s training, the training must satisfy their needs of similarities and differences, only such training is effective (3) the demands of organizations and individuals both have lacking elements, so we should stimulate and guide them in the practical training.
