Because of the needs of the biomechanics、rehabilitation medicine、orthopaedic surgery、sports training、the footwear industry, the different regions plantar stress testing and analysis appears to be particularly important. Early in the 18th century there was a study on the subject of the human foot, then all kinds of human plantar pressure measurement methods continue to emerge. Measurement technology continues to improve, particularly in the last 20 years developed more rapidly.Based on the polymer-polymer sensing materials——PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) of the piezoelectric properties analysis of the piezoelectric thin film, and its mechanical properties have done in-depth studies, In the analysis of human foot structure and biological characteristics of the foot movement , on the basis of the characteristics of PVDF , we have designed and product a wide range of the cantilever structure and the implementation of a piezoelectric sensor simulation, To further improve data collection and analysis system, we have designed the sensor array by composition of 15 single sensor.Array design is to consider the main issues in different regions plantar relatively independent but interrelated stress, through special conditioning circuit it makes local plantar pressure signals into output signals and laid the foundation for the back of plantar test system.on the basis of sensor arrays of the foot testing system by composed of 15 single sensor, we have chosen a 16-channel input of the A/D chip MAX1030, its advantages can not only control sampling frequency from the next crew (ARM) ,but also in carrying a FIFO, The data after A/D conversion can be continuously written into the FIFO. This paper used in the ARM’s S3C44B0X of Samsung is not only very good testing system to meet the functional requirements, but also takes into full consideration the practical application of interference,At the same time, we dealed with the test system software design and completed the ARM processor to realize the programming which the data acquisition and the real-time processing as well as ARM and between the superior machine corresponded, and has provided the friendly man-machine contact surface in the superior machine.The design of the system meet the basic design concept, it provides scientific basis for medical testing system and the pressure of comfortable shoes designing.
