Water paint due to the low VOC emissions while the people to pay attention to. Due to the structure characteristics of polyurethane itself, so it is good in anti-corrosion performance, and use of epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane for polyurethane paint in water resistance and mechanical properties of the shortage. This paper mainly discusses a kind of epoxy modified waterborne polyurethane coatings preparation and performance study. Use water-based polyurethane as the main film components, and with pigments and fillers, additives, additives made into anti-corrosion coatings, make traditional polyurethane anticorrosion coating performance has been much improved. This paper mainly do the following work: 1, the use of IPDI and polyether dibasic alcohol 2120 reaction formation water polyurethane emulsion, and epoxy resin E - 44 were modified, the different into distribution than the effect on the properties of emulsion. 2, trimethylolpropane three acrylic ester (TMPTA) for curing agent, waterborne polyurethane emulsion made into zinc coating, the cathodic protection means to make the paint have anticorrosive performance, curing agent, additives and other additives content on the properties of coating.
