Since the mid- 1980s onwards, China Telecom has experienced nearly 20 years of rapid development , has formed a scale. This experienced telecommunications sub-camp , separating the mobile paging peel , split reorganization and a series of reforms , the domestic telecommunications industry after years of reform , and gradually formed a China Mobile, China Telecom , China Netcom , China Unicom , China Railway and China Satcom and other operators anybody's game competition. As fixed-line operators weak income growth , a sharp decline in fixed-line voice services , fixed-line operators transformation requires very urgent. This paper focuses on the provincial telecom companies - Henan Netcom transformation strategy research. Domestic and foreign strategic management theory by studying the development status , the use of the theory of strategic management tools, such as PEST analysis , five forces model , BCG Matrix , McKinsey Matrix , etc., and some analysis methods, such as portfolio analysis , strategic group analysis , the core capacity analysis , Henan Netcom external environment analysis, internal resources and strategic capability analysis . Through the analysis of Henan Netcom fully grasp combined SWOT analysis , in accordance with the development of the telecommunications industry , this paper proposes the transformation of China Netcom strategic direction . Henan Netcom 's strategic goals should be located in broadband communications , multimedia and content providers, to expand ICT services , as well as fixed and mobile with 3G technology-based business full integration of full-service carriers . Choose from a strategic and applicability , feasibility and acceptability of evaluation , the use of portfolio analysis , life cycle analysis and assessment of the value chain . Finally, the implementation of the strategy of planning . Proposes to strengthen five tasks: to focus on enhancing broadband access and broadband content services , expanding ICT services , protecting the core business, and actively and steadily push forward preparations mobile communications business. Henan Netcom 's organizational structure and transformation strategy to make appropriate adjustment strategy . From the core competencies of six areas: marketing capabilities , network capabilities , innovation, human resource capacity , enterprise information technology capability, financial ability, Henan Netcom concrete implementation measures.
