Based on highly reactive absorbent flue gas desulfurization and denitrification simultaneously influencing factors and mechanism

In this thesis, self- prepared \interaction between NOx ; multiphase for NOx removal reaction kinetics were studied ; absorbents in a fixed bed for desulfurization and denitration reaction products were after chemical analysis, physical characterization and micro- morphology analysis . The results showed : O2 presence of desulfurization and denitrification have some role in promoting ; CO2 presence of desulfurization have some effect , but for denitrification have a certain role ; SO2 and NOx removal coexist on the efficiency of their mutual promotion effect. NOx removal heterogeneous reaction kinetics study found , NO and oxidant C reaction orders were 2.2 and 0.7 , the activation energy is 66.89 kJ / mol. Product analysis results showed that: highly reactive absorbent porous particle surface characteristics ; plus C after absorbers BET and porosity than the big plus M ; desulfurization products mainly sulfates, nitrates denitrification products mainly oxidant reduction of C products are mainly chloride ; accordingly proposed based on highly active absorbent flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process and the removal of the main chemical reaction mechanism .
