With the socio-economic development and people's living standards improve, more and more nitrogen-containing compounds into the water, causing increasingly serious water eutrophication question, further exacerbating the shortage of water resources, the implementation of the sustainable development strategy brought serious negative impact, therefore, effectively reduce nitrogen pollution in the water has become increasingly important. Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification as a newly rapid development of biological nitrogen removal, ammonia removal efficiency, the process is simple, easy to operation management, energy conservation and economic advantages. Has a broad application prospects in the field of water pollution control, particularly in the areas of urban residential sewage recycling distributed processing, in line with the national conditions of our country is currently enjoying. In this thesis, using the artificially mixed analog sewage was treated, three-dimensional elastic filler the biofilm carrier specific investigation SBBR system analysis of the impact of various parameters of the DO simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, COD, and HRT, the pH value the influence of the reaction effect of each parameter, so as to obtain the optimum control range. The study showed that the dissolved oxygen concentration, TCOD ratio / TN ratio is a key factor affecting SND nitrogen removal and biofilm SND phenomenon mechanism of reaction phenomenon was analyzed and discussed. Test analysis obtained the following main conclusions: (1) biofilm SBR good removal of COD and in different influent PH value, DO concentration, COD / TN ratio (COD concentration) of COD removal the impact is not great, COD removal rate of more than 85%. Description biofilm resistance to organic load impact ability. (2) test analysis, to determine the effect of the test SND denitrification process parameters: pH value of 7.5 (PH value of 7.0-8.5, can get better SND); DO concentration 2.5mg / L; optimal influent COD concentration of 500 mg / L, TCOD / TN ratio of 11 (TCOD / TN ratio of 9 to 13 hours, can still get better SND nitrogen removal, TCOD / TN suitable a wider range). (3) During the trial derived optimal parameters under the conditions of continuous operation cycle simulated wastewater, NH 4 -N and COD in the influent concentration were 45mg / L and 500mg / L, the removal rate of SBBR process for both 84% and 93% effluent can meet the standards of a Class B emission standards, the reliability of the test the best conditions. Compare a cycle run SBR process SBBR-SND process, SBBR system in many ways reflects the superiority.
