Selected on the sample liquid flow rate of 1.5 BV / h, the sample concentration of 10mg/ml, on the sample solution to pH 4, and the desorption solution concentration of 80% ethanol and desorption the flow rate 0.75BV / h, as well as the regeneration of the resin, and many other factors directly affect the chromatography results. Resveratrol sample will be extracted and purified by high-performance liquid chromatography detection, seen through the HPLC chromatogram of the samples and standards, the liquid chromatogram and standard chromatogram peaks situation roughly the same. After purification, resveratrol was 0.81%, a purity of 42.5%. Otherwise other absorption peaks, may be affected by the interference of a small amount of impurities.
