The basic objective of the power system and its power business management run is a safe, high quality , economically provide electricity to the user . The voltage quality is one of the important indicators to measure power quality , stable operation of its power system and reduce line losses , to ensure the safety of industrial and agricultural production , improve product quality, reduce electricity intensity have a direct impact . The main goal is to reduce the regional power grid , reactive power and voltage control grid of power loss and improve the pass rate of the bus voltage . Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the regional power grid , it is necessary to find a balance between the voltage quality and power system economic operation , optimized control of voltage and reactive power grid . Automatic voltage control scheme is proposed in this paper for the regional power grid , the control means is switching shunt capacitors and adjust the regulator transformer taps . Its goal is to ensure that the voltage and power qualified under the premise of security and stability operation , and , as far as possible to reduce network losses . The system makes full use of the data of the master SCADA system information and the results of the application software , achieve optimization centralized control of voltage and reactive power of the whole network . Through analysis of on-site applications , the system is able to guarantee the safe and stable operation of power system , effectively reduce the labor intensity of the operating personnel , with good economic returns .
