With the development of the thermal power unit capacity of the direction of the large-capacity , high-parameter , its most important auxiliary boiler feed pump parameters and reliability requirements . Thesis 350MW supercritical unit boiler feed pump design , the typical structure of supercritical boiler feed pump , double hull bulk , high parameters of boiler feed pumps accurate calculation of the hydraulic parameters to the pump housing seal shaft seals, bearings and axial force balance mechanism design optimization , to improve the operational reliability of the pump , reduce vibration , leaks , wear of pump and stable operation of defects . Elaborated originality in the structural design of the pump , the advanced nature of the hydraulic model , as well as technical measures taken in the development process to improve pump performance indicators to improve the shape of the pump characteristic curve , to solve the key issues of the smooth operation reliability . Prevent several measures to pump cavitation , summarizes the analysis methods and test results to the experimental verification of the pumps , to take measures to improve so that the requirements of the performance curve .
