As the world within the scope of the arrival of the digital age, the public way of reading has from the traditional paper media began to shift to new media, e-books, online reading, such as phone book digital publishing of the new carrier is emerging, and developing with each passing day. For the publishing industry, conform to ShiDaiChao to digital transition is imminent. Unlike Europe and the United States developed countries, however, the digital transformation of the publishing industry in our country is suffering from the ideological level, market level and system level multiple obstacles. Facing changes brought about by the digital technology, traditional publishing unit how to seize the opportunity to find the transition path accords with the practice of publishing industry in our country, realize the organic integration and mutual benefit in the form of both old and new publishing, publishing industry big development and prosperity, is suspends in front of each publisher. This paper based on the concerning, industry economics, information economics theory, through on-the-spot investigation, expert interview, sample analysis, combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, from the understanding of digital publishing and traditional publishing units combing the current publishing digital transformation of the status quo, analysis of the transition difficulties and bottlenecks, transition path of different categories the publisher may delve into, and put forward feasible solutions.
