Experiment Study of the Biogas Purification Process by Zeolite Filling Washing

The paper is supported by the leap of national agricultural science and technology projects "the integration and demonstration of cycle agricultural technology with straw energy utilization as core technology" （project Numbers: 2130106-38） and the national agricultural science and technology achievements transformation "the pilot and transformation of the solar complementary heat for rural efficient projects of biogas equipment engineering technology " （project Numbers: 05EFN214100171）.This paper we used the experimental device of processing power is 2.4 m3·h- 1 biogas purification processing quality which is developed in the Key Laboratory of Renewable Energy of Agricultural Ministry,studied on the process of biogas purification and upgrade through compressed water scrubbing to removal of the CO2 in biogas with zeolite for adsorption packing。The experimental results show that the rate of CO2 removal in biogas reached to 65%, about 75% of CH4 are recovery, and the Zeolite filling had significant effects on the CO2 removal。This paper mainly get the following conclusions:（1）When using the adsorption zeolite as the packing washing tower,the pressurized water purification effect of biogas is very obvious, The effect of CO2 removal rate is larger, and the higher the pressure in the washing tower of packing cleaning effect ,the more obvious difference.（2） The experiment device has good stability in this experiment, and can effectively contrast experiment.（3） The main evaluation index CO2 removal rate of this experiment results has a stable increase trend with the the size of zeolite that is the packing washing tower reducing.（4） The adopted the experiment method of this paper are pure physical clean purification processing method, with good economic and environmental protection,and effectively improves the quality of biogas ,and provides an important scientific reference for further research of the biogas purification engineering technology.
