During these years, labor dispatch as a new way of labor using has widely aroused attention. Though it is newly developed in china, the speed of development is rather rapid. The number and the ration of the dispatched labor in plant workers are continuously rising. At present, this kind of labor is also used in our country enterprises. And the absolute number and the scope of application are keeping expanding. However, the management problems caused by the special identity of the labors are coming out day by day. How to concern the development of the dispatched labors, to improve their enthusiasm, initiative and creative and to seek and build a perfect incentive mechanism of labor dispatch, not only have great effect to improve the operating efficiency of plants, but also have been an important problem to sustainable development of the plants. And that’s the meaning of writing this article.First, the article has a review of the origin of the labor dispatch and its incentives in our country enterprises and analysis the theoretical basis of labor dispatch. With the classical motivation theory, using Suzhou branch of China Mobile as an example, it elaborates the present situation of labor dispatch incentives in our country enterprises and analysis the existing problems both of plants and labor dispatch. At last, it puts forward the countermeasures, suggestions and also the development direction of incentive mechanism of labor dispatch.Nowadays, the enterprises need to keep adapting to the competition situation, improve their competitiveness and face the situation of significant influence of human capital to the marginal benefit of modern enterprises. This article puts forward some suggestions about the incentive mechanism of the labor patch in our country enterprises. It provides some reference resources for how to improve the excitation of the dispatched labors in our country enterprises. It has an important significance.
