Technology-intensive enterprises refers to the science and technology as the basis,the capital of knowledge production,storage,transmission and role-based enterprises. In technology-intensive enterprises,technical workers are different from traditional operating staff in many features and play a decisive role in enterprise development.Therefore,in the acquisition process of Technology-intensive enterprises,the enterprise will inevitably increase the uncertainty,how to effectively attract,retain and motivate knowledge workers,and fully mobilize their initiative and enthusiasm,have become the central work in the acquisition and improvement of human resources. After the acquisition of new Technology-intensive enterprises , can form a collaborative knowledge-based workforce , human capital can play the role of promoting the development of enterprises,establish and improve human resources development plan,especially the acquisition of human resources integration and incentive strategy will be crucial.Based on this consideration,this article uses a combination method of theory and practice. Based on stimulate theory,game theory,the theoretical efficiency,human capital theory and the theory of core competencies,the acquisition of knowledge-intensive enterprise human resources integration and incentive issues are revealed. Through the introduction of game theory,the integration of human resources in the non-cooperative game detailed analysis of the issue through awareness of the error of merger integration,the status of personnel incentives and difficult for an objective analysis. And the biggest problem of the integration of human resources is a human problem,and the most effective and direct way is to encourage activities. Accordingly,the article discuss on the four aspects as acquisition of human resources and incentive strategies be integrated into the corresponding specific strategies,including a comprehensive assessment of the situation talents,timely adjustment of the organizational structure,establish a scientific and employment mechanism and selection of appropriate incentives,And focus on staff incentives for a more detailed design.Conducting theoretical research on the basis of a specific knowledge-intensive M&A Case for empirical research,the article analyzes of mergers and acquisitions in the human resources issues,discuss the enterprise taken by the corresponding slightly,to a certain extent example the point of view.
