Research of Performance Evaluation System of Y Hotel

This report is to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the existing performance appraisal system for the hotel, based on the Y Hotel performance appraisal system status and characteristics, combined with the theory and methods of modern performance evaluation, and to find out the problems also suggest improvements and take into consideration which will help Y hotel to design a more scientific and reasonable, effective performance appraisal system in order to truly mobilize the initiative of employees. In that case,the hotel and staff can finally achieve win-win sustainable development.This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, describes the research background, significance, research ideas and methods. The second chapter is the literature review section, focuses on performance evaluation from a number of domestic and foreign research results. The third chapter describes the knowledge involved in the theory of performance evaluation. Chapter IV presents the existing performance appraisal system of Y Hotel and the status of implementation, pointing out deficiencies. Last chapter tries to improve performance appraisal system in Y hotel, and focus on how dealing with the problem and difficulties which may occur in the processing of the new appraisal system development. The final chapter is the conclusion.In this report, based on the the study of staff performance appraisal system in Y hotel, not only a strong operational performance evaluation system was suggested, but also some useful experience was provided for Y hotel to establish and improve the performance appraisal system.
