Quality Management and Control for Century City Real Estate Project

Since the founding of New China , the rapid development of China's construction industry , and gradually become the pillar industry of the national economy . Quality determines the success or failure of the project construction , real estate is also directly related to people's lives and property of the State Security . Construction projects in China is steadily improving , but some ordinary industrial or residential real estate , especially residential projects , quality problems more prominent . Therefore has important practical significance to study how to strengthen the quality of management and control of real estate projects . Take a combination of theoretical research and empirical research method the 19 # residential buildings in a city in Century City , for example , quality management and control of real estate projects , mainly from the five-part study . This paper argues that the developers as real estate projects , organizations and managers to effectively carry out quality management and control , it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the various factors that affect the quality of real estate projects , and adopt a scientific and effective control measures . Take full advantage of the favorable factors and unfavorable factors properly to prevent and overcome the one hand, promote the quality objectives to develop more scientific and rational , more realistic , more operational ; the other hand, facilitate the development of preventive measures in advance , things take effective control, after proper remedy to achieve active control and dynamic quality control purposes . Schedule and cost control to achieve the objectives of the project management is the focus of this article follow-up study .
