In recent years, strategic reforming has become one of the theorists and practical realm research hot topics of discussion. To verify the pattern’s objectivity. first, analyze to the selection of the sample-the ten commercial banks in 2007-2009 compared of business effectiveness, concluded the SPD bank is the best effectiveness. Take the SPD Bank for example, based on the strategic transformation of the SPD Bank, analyze and summarize the business effectiveness of SPD Bank in 2001-2009, in order to verify the successful strategic transformation.
