Organizational citizenship behavior (organizational citizenship behavior, referred OCB) organization and management in recent years, a hot research field . It refers to the employee voluntarily manifested , is not directly or clearly recognized by the formal reward system , and to enhance the overall organizational effectiveness of individual behavior, is an employee of the organization enabling spontaneous behavior . Flattening the organization to make more and more organizational citizenship behavior research attention for researchers and managers in many Western countries, relevant research results , but in China this study has just begun. This article is a state-owned employees OCB individual cases in-depth investigation. Organizational citizenship behavior on the origin, meaning , dimensions and other content outlined based on the combination of employees on the subjects of observation, testing, through the \By collecting samples , project analysis and exploratory factor analysis , summed up the enterprise organizational citizenship behavior and explores the five-dimensional structure of its causes . Finally, for the enterprise to improve organizational citizenship behavior management activities proposed improvements.
