Research to Multi-functional Hydraulic Control Valve Text System

The paper is based on theories of hydromechanics and computation hydromechanics, meanwhile it combines with studies on several kinds of valve text systems which present at home and abroad, at the same time it draws supports from some existed experiments data, moreover carries on theoretical analysis to multi-functional hydraulic control valve text systems, and then draws up experimental diagram. After Carred on performance analysis and shaping research to different kinds of instruments and meters, the paper draws up system installation diagram of multi-fuctional hydraulic control valve text system as well as makes movement analysis to established text system, and selects valves which is related to experiments to carry on experimental analysis of text system, confirms multi-functional hydraulic control valve text system’s accuracy and precise. In the experiment, computer is used to carriy on data analysis and draws up performance curve diagram. The text system can test all factors as follow: flow coefficient, flow resistance coefficient, relations between impingement fluctuation and time, pressure relief valve’s differential pressure and discharge curve, safety valve’s performance curve and so on.In order to analyze study result of valve text system follow-up interior fluid state’s characteristic, the paper used Fluent which is a kind of large-scale commercial computation analysis software to conduct numerical simulation research to valve. At the same time, for the testing hydraulic control valve, it uses AutoCAD software to established valve flow channel’s physical model, meanwhile uses Gambit software to divide flowing computation territory tetrahedron grid. we takes clear water as medium, selects standard k-εmodel, uses SIMPLE algorithm to carry on computation analysis. Then we obtains valve’s interior fluid state, pressure field, velocity field and so on. At last, we contrastivly analyzes obtained analogue result and test result, and finally provides certain reference for this text system follow-up internal flow field experiment.From valve’s experimental analysis and numerical simulation’s research, the paper can perfectly summarize main parameters that influence valve’s overall performance and internal fluid state of vavles, clearly discover valve’s original design drawbacks. Meanwhile it proposes theory basis which may be used in valve’s improvement design and optimization plan, and provides certain references on further explore of pump interior liquid solid two-phase flow rule. In a word, all of these are really significance on valve’s research and development.
