Learning burnout research already beginning to receive the attention of scholars at home and abroad . Junior high school students ' learning burnout is a loss or failure phenomenon refers to the emotions , attitudes and behavior of junior high school due to long - term academic pressure or burden . Mainly for students learning efficacy reduced enthusiasm for academic activities gradually disappeared , and indifference to the students , and the emergence of various behavioral problems , and enhance the physical and mental fatigue . The purpose of this study is to understand the status of the the domestic junior high school students ' learning burnout and its influencing factors , and teaching countermeasures to reduce learning burnout . In the present study , the author , based on in-depth interviews, literature studies and surveys , researching and compiling the \The results show that : ( 1 ) junior high school students to learn the burnout questionnaire is divided into three dimensions: a sense of exhaustion , misconduct and low sense of accomplishment , and the questionnaire has good reliability , validity , can be an effective tool for the study ; ( 2 ) junior high school students ' learning burnout overall condition is moderate , not too serious , but the situation is not optimistic . Low sense of accomplishment the highest score , followed by the depletion of feeling and behavior improper ; (3) grades and academic status of self-assessment score significantly affect junior high school students 'learning burnout and gender factors do not affect the junior high school students ' learning burnout . Based on the survey results and the theory of educational psychology , the study in the final from the perspective of teaching has put forward countermeasures to improve middle school students ' learning burnout . Including : teach scientific method of learning , to enable students to successful learning ; concerned about the students at different levels , to develop an appropriate learning objectives ; science to develop academic load , reduce the psychological pressure ; improve the standard of teaching to enhance students ' interest in learning ; interactive learning establish good interpersonal atmosphere ; promote implicit learning , improve learning efficiency.
