Development strategy, the guide to business operation, plays a vital role in an enterprise’s survival in the highly competitive market. By favorable development strategy can an enterprise implement and take control of specific tactics, policies, approaches and methods that help acquire and dispose resources in existing social environments so as to obtain a lasting advantage over its competitors. Nowadays, in light of China’s entering into the WTO and restructuring of global economy, economic globalization is quicken and both external and internal environments of business operation are changing. The investment for real estate has been keeping for 7 years, and increasing rapidly. But it is the trend to invest excessively. The Sate Council, the State Lang Resource Bureau and the State Construction Ministry have issued a series of documents and regulations to control the excessive investment trend. All the new policies will have deep effect to real estate market. The real estate industry will enter into the stage to eliminate.On the basis of theoretical study, the development and management present situation in real estate field of Torch Real Estate are analyzed, and the macroscopic environment and industry and evaluated by using PEST analytical method, Porter’s five kinds of competition force model and External Factor Evaluation Matrix. The basic conditions for the development of the Torch Real Estate in real estate field are analyzed. The internal environment of the Torch Real Estate is evaluated by using Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix. In the thesis, target market of real estate project of the Torch Real Estate are analyzed on the basis of internal and external environment analyses. The combined development strategy of the Torch Real Estate is fixed on developing core competition strategy mainly and differential strategy as supplement by using QSPM. Strategy should be made to ensure an efficient implementation by building up valuable standard custom, enhancing human management, consolidating conformity ability of strategic sources, motivating creative ability and implementing the plane of building brand.
