Although the roadway support in recent years had made tremendous development, the effective support of soft rock in coal mines was still the weak link in Roadway support and it was the development trend of the urgent need of coal production and construction for soft rock roadway, particularly continuing in-depth study was made in large section of soft rock roadway to find reasonable way and effective way to solve large section of soft rock roadway problem.Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field measurement and other research tools, more in-depth study of the large section of soft rock deformation mechanism and strengthening mechanism was made in this dissertation.The results showed that:(1) The strength and the stability of surrounding rock were improved by bolt-grouting. When the roadway was grouted, the strength of tunnel rock increased, thus tunnel stability was more conducive; Grouting bolt became a full-length anchored, and axial force was significantly reduced, thus the anchor bolt played a more conducive role and improved the stability of surrounding rock.(2) In the soft rock roadway and broken rock roadway, the bolt-grouting effect was very useful and were first considered in this case; But it was generally used instead of bolting-shotcrete support in the hard rock and soft rock and rock to low stress in the general effect of bolting.(3) Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field engineering applications, the self-supporting capacity of the rock was improved by bolting. rock plastic zone was reduced significantly and internal force of the bolt and shotcrete layer was decreased greatly, and the distribution was made more uniformly. Thus the force characteristics of supporting can be improved greatly.
