Steel plate shear wall and a combination of shear wall has the advantages of high bearing capacity, good ductility, energy dissipation capacity, and therefore has a broad application prospects in the actual project. Steel plate shear wall, although easy to produce steel plates in a horizontal shear force plane buckling, but after the formation of the steel plate buckling tension with steel plate shear wall can continue to carry, so to maintain a high bearing capacity and good ductility. The combination of shear walls using concrete slab as a plate plane constraint, so the steel plate as much as possible to keep the plane, and thus more stable hysteretic behavior and improve the energy dissipation capacity of steel plate. In this paper, the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research method, respectively reciprocating loads hysteretic behavior of steel plate shear wall and a combination of shear wall analysis, the study of both stress mechanism. Through the analysis of a large number of parameters, the proposed simplified analytical model applicable to the analysis of the structural system of steel plate shear wall and a combination of shear walls.
