Along with China's rapid economic development , China 's air traffic is increasing. The rapid growth of air traffic , civil aviation sector is faced with both the front and some of the so-called opportunity , but also faces severe challenges . Airport as a the three supporting mechanism of the air transport , are constantly new expansion , but because of the airport is a huge investment project requires a lot of time already lags far behind the pace of development of China 's civil aviation transportation . The airport 's limited resources , has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the development of China's civil aviation . Therefore, increasing the total resources of the airport at the same time , studies how rational and efficient allocation of airport resources have become a major issue in front of us . Parking bays as the airport 's core resources , to assign reasonable or not directly related to the efficiency of the airport and income related to the vital interests of the various departments of the Civil Aviation . The departure from the study how rational allocation of resources seats angle , summarizes the research status of the gate allocation problem ; basis of the existing models , the maximum efficiency in the use of machine -bit idle time balancing and machine -bit as the goal multi- target gate allocation optimization model ; linear transformation method established multi-objective optimization model is transformed into a single- objective optimization model ; discussed the algorithm of the above model , a brief introduction of today 's popular smart algorithm ; genetic algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model , the improvement and optimization algorithm operator ; implement algorithms written in C language program ; algorithm validation using example , the expected results of the distribution of seats ; analysis of the allocation of the results of this paper and the running speed of the procedure proposed in this article to improve the direction of the optimization model .
