With the rapid increase in air traffic flow , the airspace congestion issues become increasingly prominent . The radar control strategy is the current Air Traffic Management to increase airspace capacity, to ease the traffic pressure on the main means of implementation of radar control greatly enhance the degree of automation of air traffic control equipment , reduce controller workload ; narrow aircraft interval can increase airspace capacity and utilization improve the operational capabilities and capacity of the air traffic control safety , improve the efficiency of aircraft operations . Radar systems to improve the reliability and measurement accuracy , reduce the error of the radar system and research -based radar precision aircraft flight intervals security is a prerequisite and guarantee implementation of radar control . In this thesis, on the one hand by calculating the reliability assessment of the radar system reliability ; on the other hand by the aircraft -based radar accuracy flight interval , use air collision risk assessment radar system security . Reliability of the radar system , this paper established a mathematical model of the computing system reliability , and device lifecycle management system developed . Provide the basis for the analysis of ATC radar instance , the system can determine the reliability of the radar system for equipment protection whether specified requirements . Results of this thesis , has become the people of Air Traffic Management , one of the secondary radar reliability testing has initially applied to the Air Traffic Management , the secondary radar equipment certification testing and evaluation work of the China Air Traffic Management equipment reliability analysis of the same reference. Radar accuracy with flight safety aspects , first established the close approach of the radar measurement error model and aircraft probability model , and the EVENT model has been improved under radar control , radar level interval model . Instance analysis , validation , this method can assess the accuracy of the radar system to achieve the specified requirements , and can be applied to the simulation of the radar system .
