Study on Factors Affect Survival Rate of Gerbera Jamesonii after Transplant in Substrate Culture

Soilless cultivation conditions gerbera goods seedlings for transplanting test, analysis of the effects of nutrient solution pH, EC value of the nutrient solution, insurance agent and ABT on gerbera transplant survival rate and nutrition and reproductive growth of the purpose of proven affect the medium culture gerbera transplant survival rate of the main factors to improve the the gerbera transplant survival rate of technical approach, to provide a reference for the the gerbera matrix transplanting cultivation and management techniques. The main results are as follows: (1) hydroponics, the nutrient fluid pH (4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0) impact gerbera growth and development. Gerbera grew well in the slightly acidic environment of pH 6.0, pH 8.0 and 9.0 alkaline environment significantly inhibited the growth of gerbera, yellow leaves. It is speculated that the culture medium pH value after planting gerbera leaf yellowing of the important reasons. (2) hydroponics experiment showed that the concentration of nutrient solution (1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, X) gerbera growth. During incubation, 1/2 times the processing seedlings grow well; 2 times and 3 times for inhibition of seedling growth; each treatment were not there the phenomenon of etiolated seedlings, the culture medium EC value is not gerbera planting the main reason for leaf yellowing . (3) Media Culture in pH (4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0) are basically the same results on the the Gerbera growth of hydroponics, pH 5.0 and 6.0 in favor gerbera vegetative growth. Water nutrient solution of pH 4.0 to 7.0 can improve the survival rate of the substrate culture gerbera transplanting, transplanting survival rate of 98.1%. Compared to 2009, the survival rate of transplant increased by 23% to 25%, significantly improved substrate cultivation transplant survival rate. The cultivation effect analysis showed that the pH 6.0 treatment maximum photosynthetic rate, pH 5.0, and pH6.0 processing, early flowering stage 1 to 2 weeks earlier, flower production and quality are higher than pH 4.0 and 7.0 treatments. Complement iron fertilization, nutrient solution pH5.0 and 6.0 deal with the leaves of iron, manganese, copper, zinc content is higher, with pH4.0 and 7.0 difference is significant. Complement iron fertilization, iron, manganese content in the leaves increased significantly, the highest pH 6.0, significantly higher than the pH 4.0 and 7.0 treatments. This shows that the pH value affects the gerbera absorption of chlorophyll content of iron, manganese and other trace elements, is one of the important factors the medium culture gerbera after planting seedlings yellow. (4) water-retaining agent and ABT ABT treatment can improve the survival rate of transplant of the substrate cultivation gerbera, transplanting survival rate of 92.22%. Compared with control, water retention agent and ABT 100 mg / L and 50 mg / L treatment promotes a gerbera vegetative growth. Vegetative growth, chlorophyll content of retaining agent showed a gradual upward trend in growth over time, three kinds ABT concentrations first decreased and then increased trend control showed a gradual downward trend. Water-retaining agent and ABT 100 mg / L treatment better quality of cut flowers, cut flowers Hydrogel Treatments highest yield, 66 / cell. Water-retaining agent and ABT 100 mg / L and 50 mg / L treatment significantly improves the matrix nitrogen, potassium, available phosphorus, ABT 25mg / L with the control difference not significant. Retaining agent significantly improves the gerbera leaves and root of N, P, K content. The ABT 100 mg / L and ABT 50 mg / L treatment of the of gerbera leaves and roots in N, P, K content differences. ABT 25mg / L with the control was no significant difference. So, when planting to take water conservation and measures to promote root growth and help the medium culture after planting gerbera Huanmiao growth.
