Currently , our clinical pharmacist shortage, there are many problems in the culture system , did not play its true role . The introduction , mainly through research background , research purpose and significance of the status quo of clinical pharmacist training at home and abroad , in five areas of research methods , thesis structure has done some preliminary work for papers summarize . Next, using documentary research on the problems encountered in the course of the study to make recommendations to the relevant expert advice , last conducted a comprehensive analysis of the results . The body of the first chapter to the status quo with an overview of the development of the domestic and international clinical pharmacists , consists of two parts : The first part of the development status of the clinical pharmacist at home and abroad and its Significance ; Part II is divided into the basic concepts to clarify ( including pharmacists , licensed pharmacist , clinical pharmacists ) as well as the necessity of analysis of the clinical pharmacist culture studies , has laid a solid foundation for further study . The body of our clinical pharmacist training system consists of three parts . The first part of a college education , the second part is occupational access , the third part is continuing education . Chapter of the body of the proposal for the training of clinical pharmacists . According to the existing problems in the second chapter of our clinical pharmacist training system , combined with domestic and international clinical pharmacist development status derived from analysis of referential significance suggestions corresponding with the second chapter is divided into three parts .
