The first chapter is the introduction introduces the basic concepts of multiferroic materials , magnetic and ferroelectric mutex focuses on the mechanism of magnetism and ferroelectricity coexist , and brief introduction to the concept of magnetic ; second Chapter hydrothermal Synthesis the series LaFe1 - xCrxO3 ( 0 ≤ x ≤ 1 ) compound to discuss the influence of the basicity on the product composition , and focused on the variation of the magnetic composition . Hydrothermal Synthesis Chapter LaFe0.5Cr0.5O3 do a further study of the magnetic and electrical properties , found ferromagnetic ordering is much higher than the solid-phase method , and the high and low temperature dielectric , magnetic capacitance effects do a detailed study of a rare exhibit ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity at room temperature multiferroic materials . Chapter polymer-assisted synthesis of Bi1 - xGdxFeO3 ( x = 0, 0.1, 0.2 , 0.3 ) nanoparticles , the crystal structure and the nature of the relationship , iron room temperature is higher than the solid-phase method electric and ferromagnetic , and discussed the impact of the synthesis temperature on the magnetic properties of the product . Chapter Summary and Outlook of the thesis work . The paper of the new multi- iron materials synthesis and magnetic and electrical properties are discussed in detail , and laid the foundation for further study of the system .
